Sign up for a race. That's right, sign up and you'll be amazed at how motivated you'll be to train for it! You don't have to be fast, just go at your own pace. My races of choice are triathlons, which are fun and extremely motivating. But, you can choose a 5k or something smaller to start. Before no time, you'll be training for something bigger, and shedding those unwanted pounds and inches!306
