A couple of days ago I posted about watching labels for caloric intake per serving, and stated that Nestea Iced Tea had a whopping 210 calories per serving. SALTYCHOCOLATE was gracious enough to correct me. I had looked at the Daily Value, not the Calorie count per serving. The actual (correct) calorie count is 80 per serving. I apologize for the error. Will look more carefully next time
We should still be aware of what is on food labels, and look out for calories per serving, sodium, fats, etc. Sometimes, what you may think is one serving may be two or three.
