when I have cravings for for something bad are I am on a snack attack I chew gum, really strong gum like cinnamon, icy blast anything lol. Pretty quickly its stops my craving.

    I have TMJ, so I didn't use to chew gum. I now chew gum any time I have a craving for something sweet or crunchy!
