Create a manual other goal that you will find something positive about yourself and/or your life every day. To get your point for tracking the goal you will need to consider yourself and your day to find the positives! Small or big, a positive is a positive.
You can also choose to write whatever positive you come up with into a journal. When you are down or upset go look at all the positives you've found to remind you of all the good around and within you!
