I think its really the only way I can stay on track. I find that once you have to add your favorite naughty foods and see whats in them you start to see them in a new light. For example, I used to be able to eat a King Sized Snickers bar as a snack and not really think about what I was putting into my body. After you log it in and find that your snack contained 555 calories, 28g of fat, 69carbs, and 60g of sugar it doesn't seem as appetizing.

I know it works but I am too lazy to write things down. I also found that being accountable to someone else helps.

This works for me. And when may calories have been used, I quit eating....most days.

I love this one! Means I have to be held accountable. Especially, when I have my meals spelled out so anyone can see them!!
