As a fitness professional, one of the many things I notice is that when big things happen, the 1st thing we do is hold our breathe!! WHY?? Then we get upset, molehills become mountains! But if breath, deeply, slowly, & stay calm, somehow it does not seem so bad. We can move thru the chaos with ease
Breathing is the most important need for our bodies, without it, well we are literally dead. But when life gets tough, we hold our breathe, like we are waiting for something to happen. But if we just take that breath and let it out, our bodies get relief and now we can move forward.
Each morning, I pack my bag full of healthy choices. I include bfast,lunch, 3 fruits, 1 yogurt, something crunchy to satisfy cravings (like veggies or granola bar) water and an emergency meal bar. I eat at certain times in the day and when I am hungry for something else, I go to my bag ONLY.
