Whole Foods




I find that when I concentrate on whole foods (ie: lean meats, fresh/frozen veggies and fruits, low-fat dairy, and healthy fats, like nuts), I feel better about myself, I feel clean and clear minded, and I don't overeat. It leaves me feeling satisfied.

    I agree. Try grinding fresh peanut butter at a Whole Foods Market. Eat this as a snack (I dip a wafer into my fresh p'nut butter) and then it keeps me from overeating and gives me protein and a fills my craving for sweets. - by DEDDY1234
