I'm a SAHGrandma, raising our granddaughters. I used to get up in the morning and throw regular clothes on to take the girls to school. Now I get up and put on workout clothes to drive them to school. This way there's no excuse not to dive right in to workout as soon as I get home!

Getting salad dressing on the side is a no brainer when trying to eat better, but often the containers they bring out contain more dressing than they would have put on the salad in the first place! Dip your fork into your dressing before getting a bit of salad. That way every bite has a bit of dressing, but you save lots of calories. I can generally eat an entire dinner salad with 1 tsbp (or less) of dressing this way.
