To keep the microwave clean, we use coffee filters to cover bowls of soup, oatmeal, etc. It's cheaper and easier than plastic wrap or wax paper. It's cheaper than paper towels, too. a clean microwave
Almost everyone uses a dish sponge to clean dishes but they get nasty so here is my trick to clean your sponge and your microwave. So now your sponge is clean and your microwave just needs to be wiped out to sparkle.
When my microwave gets dirty on the inside with food that is stuck on , I use a cup of vinegar and set the microwave for a minute or so and then I clean the inside with a sponge. It cleans everything right off! including the top of the microwave .
Clean the microwave Baking soda on a clean damp sponge cleans gently inside and outside the microwave and never leaves a harsh chemical smell. Rinse well with water.
