It's not always easy to resist temptation, and it has been suggested that you brush your teeth so that you know the food you are craving won't taste as good. Well what if you just can't do that? Easy solution: carry extra strong mints with you, after popping one of those nothing tastes good.
Give yourself regular little non-food rewards for making good choices and resisting temptation - a new lip gloss, or new single, or a bunch of flowers! Treat yourself to a non-food goodie instead of fast food.
