When I watch that show, seeing the emotion and feelings that the contestants experience often bring out emotions I feel myself but am afraid to express. It motivates me to get up and get moving to make myself better & love myself more!

4# Dumbbells for upper body excercise while watching Biggest Loser (or any other Favorite Show)
I have started using dumbbells while watching TV. It only is upper body, but useful in stretching shoulders and arms, and useful in low-stress, lots of repititions. And if I do it while watching TV, I feel still relaxing and enjoying my evening, while getting low impact workout. Works for me!!
