When I watch that show, seeing the emotion and feelings that the contestants experience often bring out emotions I feel myself but am afraid to express. It motivates me to get up and get moving to make myself better & love myself more!

This show is one of my biggest inspirations!!! I watch it every week, that's when I have what I like to call my "cleansing time" because it always makes me cry like a baby, and I feel so much better after that!

The Biggest Loser started me off 2 years ago. See all those contestants lose all that weight. And feeling tired, I knew I needed to do something about it and I did. I lost 40lbs, but 30lb crepted back on. So it's back to working out again.

The biggest loser is one of the reasons I decided to get healthy, I am 28 and I would like to see my kids grow up.

I have started using dumbbells while watching TV. It only is upper body, but useful in stretching shoulders and arms, and useful in low-stress, lots of repititions. And if I do it while watching TV, I feel still relaxing and enjoying my evening, while getting low impact workout. Works for me!!
