When I'm packing my lunch in the morning I'm usually in a hurry. To help me get out the door more quickly I have things like deli meat already separated into single serving sizes. I just take a small piece of parchment paper and lay it between each serving. Not only does this keep me on track with my serving sizes but it's helping the kids be able to judge what portion sizes should be!

I plan out everything I do, chores, homework, workout, cooking and so on, including what I'm going to eat. I do better when I know what I'm supposed to be doing. I right out the week every Sunday, tape in appt. cards, work everything around work and don't be so strickt I don't leave time for friends.
It helps to color in your time slots, makes it easier to read in a hurry
Having room temperature water makes it easier to chug-a-lug and get those 8 glasses in!
I have the same exact bottle that I have been using for the last 3 years!!! I have to drink 3 of them in a day to make sure I get in my 8-9 glasses of water a day. I found that room temperature water goes down faster and easier than cold water because it is not as big of a shock to my body.
