When I'm packing my lunch in the morning I'm usually in a hurry. To help me get out the door more quickly I have things like deli meat already separated into single serving sizes. I just take a small piece of parchment paper and lay it between each serving. Not only does this keep me on track with my serving sizes but it's helping the kids be able to judge what portion sizes should be! emoticon
