Many have noted Netflix workout videos. But, Netflix can also be used to curb your desire to eat! I could not eat when I watched Bizarre Foods: Collection 5, Episode 1 in Thailand. If you feel like snacking (but aren't really hungry) tune up the show to where they are dipping the raw meat into the hip socket of the just slaughtered animal.
I know this sound gross. But, remembering this show keeps me from over doing it. I'm not sure why. I'm not even eating anything remotely similar. But, it still keeps the food from being shoveled down my throat. So, it works for me.
