I find it difficult to eat fruit the best way to ensure I do is by getting out the blender and tossing in some fruit. This morning I made smoothies with orange juice, banana and pineapple 3 fruits for the day already in! It's a good way to make sure your family/kids get their fruit in for the day too! Think of all the different fruity possibilities you can come up with! and most of all enjoy!:)

Special K low fat Granola is great in lots of ways.
This lower fat version has 190 calories per half cup, with only 3g of total fat. Heat it with milk in the microwave for under a minute and mix. Yum!I love granola with yogurt, so I measure 1/4 cup granola in a ziplock bag and bring it to work with me. I mix it with the yogurt at work for lunch.
Add craisins for a fruity twist!
