  • Although I hate tracking, I, too, do it every day. I also track sodium, fiber, and cholesterol. I have high cholesterol and tracking to stay within my limits has made a big difference in lowering it! This is one mandatory for diet loss - weight and measure and track your food every day! - by BETTYAHE
