I keep a glass of water by my bed at all times. I often wake up and I feel very thristy, so by keeping the glass by my bed its in quick reach....it also helps for waking up in the middle of the night I'm not fumbling around in the kicthen for a glass of water.91
I try to have 1 glass of water when I wake up in the morning, and 1 glass of water before bed every night. That leaves only 6 glasses of water for me to get over the course of my day. Six glasses over 12 to 14 hours doesn't seem very daunting at all! If I can do it, so can you! 91
