We have a wide driveway and no garage in New England. To make it more efficient to clear snow, we line all of our cars up down the center of the driveway, blocking the path where it is hardest to get the snow to the edge of the driveway.

Tip: Ever get caught in rain/snow/sleet? Take a few small plastic sandwich bags when you go on your walk, hike, sporting event...great prevention for anyone of any age who might be at risk for a wet phone/pedometer from wet pockets!! Easier than rice! 148

Just because i have a snow blower does not mean I always have to use it. Especially when dealing with the light and fluffy white stuff, and when time allows, I grab the snow shovel instead and leave the snow blower in the garage. It is good exercise, I burn more calories and burn less gas (which is important these days). Saved 4 bucks yesterday and burned over 2,000 calories!
