I have a habit of doing 30 minutes on cardio machines and stopping, even if I am not exhausted. Today, instead of setting the minutes for 30, I just chose quickstart and it automatically set for 60 minutes! I just said, "okay, one more interval, one more song, till the end of the commercial break, etc." until 60 minutes and 600 calories had passed! I won't be setting a time limit for myself anymore because I know it limits what I can really do!

The secret for loosing weight and keeping with it for me is motivational posters. I will read the motivational quotes and when I am feeling low I will go to pinterest and look up fitness motivation or weight loss. The pictures and words lift me up and give me the determination to succeed. I feel seeing others who have gone the distance give me the push I need. I know I can do it to and so can you.
