People always ask me how I get up at 5:00 each morning to walk before work but the truth is, the handful of times I've slept in (or overslept!) I am much more tired and have much less energy all day. Knowing how much better I will feel for the whole day makes it easy to get up and get going!

I love getting up and being at the Gym when it opens at 5:30 in the morning. I workout for an hour and then head home to shower and get ready for work. I also take my SHAPE UPS to work with me and when the weather is nice, I'll walk for at least 15 minutes during my lunch. Works for me.
TV is on and I'm sitting on here comfortably. I know I have move and shake my body more. I just get up and just start moving around otherwise I'll never notice the difference. Don't think about it, stop being lazy, JUST MOVE!!!!
I take a walk, lift weights, do sit ups, squats, jump or run in place...sometimes I just vacuum the whole house
When starting your fitness journey it is important know you do not having to spend allot of money. You can get fit without buying an expensive gym membership or fancy equipment. When I lost over 40+ pounds I was financially broke. I did it with motivation, a simple plan, and creativity.
