Whenever I am having a "blah" day, I write down as many things I can think of that I am thankful for. EVERYTHING. The little things and the big things. Like today, I am so thankful for the support and motivation I recieve from my sparkfriends.

    What a great idea! I am fresh out of a 'funk,' and usually do think of the things I am grateful for, usually only after someone does something to make me feel better. I can be that person to make me feel better, and start writing!

    This is an awesome idea! I have created a document with my personal challenge:
A GROWING LIST OF MY THANKS
Every single day (starting the first of January) I write one single thing I am thankful for that day. (For example, today's was: I am thankful for eyeglasses.) It is amazing what we take for granted so much of the time. THANK YOU for helping to keep THANKFULNESS at the top of my list today!!!
