Whenever I am having a "blah" day, I write down as many things I can think of that I am thankful for. EVERYTHING. The little things and the big things. Like today, I am so thankful for the support and motivation I recieve from my sparkfriends.
Keep your list to add to it or to add to it anytime. I have a list on my laptop that is an ongoing document to add to when I need to.
