Try tracking in the morning so you are accountable all day. It is important to make the time. Set your computer up in the kitchen if it helps, that way all your foods are right there and as you are packing your lunch you are logging it. Only bring to work what you tracked to eat.
Another great option if you have a smartphone is the SP application so you can track the foods on your phone as you eat them. If you are out with your friends, it doesn't look like tracking, but rather texting.
