Using the Nutrition Tracker keeps me aware of what I'm going to eat and I think twice about any food I am having since I know I will be tracking it. I don't feel deprived at all but since using the tracker for a month and a half I have only gone over my calorie level twice by a very small amount.
I am amazed at the nutrition I am lacking in my diet and must be lacking in my family's diet as well. I know we should have dairy and fruits and veggies and we do but obviously NOT enough!! Not only am I losing weight, me and my family are eating healthier!! I really really love that tracker!!
