    PLAN AHEAD FOR MEAL TIME ALWAYS KEEP FRESH VEGGIES FRUITS ON HAND AND SNACKS THAT ARE LOW IN CALORIES I LIKE THOSE 6 OZ YOGURTS AN JELLO emoticon

    Very good thoughts... I had a mishap the other night but woke up the next morning right back on track. Most of what I ate and drank would work just fine on a planned out meal plan but since it wasn't planned so a few hours of goofin' off but it's not about those past few hours.. it's about today and moving on.
