Take some of the stress out of travel day by making room for at least 90 minutes between major connections for quality SparkPeople Fitness Minutes. I am often able to work in the full 120 minutes of walking, making sure to work in 10-minute segments before taking a shopping, rest, or food break.
A stress buster for me is taking a walk and talking to Jesus. He listens and I know I can lay all my burdens of life with Him and I know He can do what is for my best with what I tell Him. My connection with Him takes out the stress of life knowing He doesn't ask me to do anything that isn't for my health or my well being. That makes me happy and free knowing I can let go and Let God control my life,
