Do not limit your exercise to a daily ritual (change clothes, put on tennis, the gym, back, bathing ...). Many times when we have to exercise and think about everything else that involves, our motivation begins to fall ... Instead, just get up and do it! Take a walk with your regular clothes, get on the bycicle, put a workout video ... try to vary the way you exercise every day to not be a routine that has to be done, instead, an activity you enjoy!
