I spend more and more time worrying about the little things, when I should really look at what I have. Two great kids, who are my biggest motivators to eat better, do more and relax and play games with them. I keep finding myself wondering what I would do without them, and the answer is simple NOTHING! I keep going because my kids keep going.

Believe it or not every little bit counts. Cleaning, playing with your kids, going for short or long walks, playing a game on the wii (can be great exercise), just give it a try, I have and so far it is working.
