If you're like me, you have a lot of nature trails near your house. If you're not sure, check with your local conservation center. Don't let the fact that you don't know the route be an excuse not to go. You can always turn around and go back instead of making a loop! Go with a friend the first few times. It's easy go a little farther each time because you're excited to discover more :) Bring a camera along in case you see wildlife or if you're in the right location, hunt for fossils :D

I got on Sparkpeople today feeling discouraged with my progress and I started first with going to all of my teams and reading posts that looked interesting to me. I ended up making a new friend and he gave me some great advise and read some articles that helped me. I can't believe the change I feel after doing this I feel ready to tackle my challenges am motivated to do it. So keep sparking and you will see change. I did.
