Be Your Own Best Friend! Schedule Appointments With Yourself!



This month I am using the SparkPeople Planner feature to schedule appointments with myself to exercise, drink the water, take time for strength training, sit down for meditation, etc. You can send yourself daily emails (Jilliam Michaels doesn't have to do it) and remind yourself about your goals, send yourself a motivating quotation, keep appointments to exercise, & congratulate yourself on a job well done! It is amazing how much it is boosting my efforts!!! emoticon

The Planner feature can be accessed from your Start page by clicking on the drop down button titled Planner. Also, you will find it in the middle of your SparkPoints page and you will earn 1 point for each appointment!!!
