Smellin chocolate and not eatin it all!!!!
I have done this for years to stop my cravings.
Choose your favorite food...mine is brownies.
I place a brownie in front of me, and smell it. I then tell myself: smells won't hurt the shape, it makes me happy, i am not hungry for it. This is my reward when time comes!!
I has helped me and I have learned not to eat it all the time only when i earn it.
