When it comes to snacking, the best way to prevent yourself from going for that chocolate bar in your desk drawer as opposed to some fresh fruit is to simply not buy the chocolate bar in the first place! Getting to the root of the problem, that is, buying what most likely already know is unhealthy for you, should be your primary focus! By avoiding the candy section next time you go grocery shopping you will not even have to deal with the thought of eating the little devil in your desk drawer! :)

As an avid couponer, when I come across a coupon for frozen veggies, I try to get as many coupons as I can and keep my eyes open for sales so I can stock up for the future!
