Secrets of Success

My Tidbit Of Info For Me.

I eat more than I ever have in my life...which keeps my body going. I don't let my blood sugar drop and I don't thirst /hunger for soda or sugar items.
Ya start this within one hour of waking up to help get your body going.

More Information:

I eat at 6am, 8:30am, 11:30am, 2pm, have tiny snack at 6pm before going to the gym and last meal at 8pm.

My first meal is very small in a childs bowl or plate...then I leave my biggest meal for the 8:30 or 11:30 meal of the day. I choose a smaller meal at 8pm so, I don't go to bed full at night.

  • I also eat about every three hours to keep my reactive hypoglycemia in control. It needs to be a little protein so PB and crackers or yogurt with added walnuts work well for me. - by SEDONACAT
