Peanut Butter

If you eat your peanut butter on something that you warm up first (ie. Toast, Eggos, etc.). Be sure to 1st measure out your serving. But put it on the toast or eggos right away. The peanut butter melts and goes further. Thus meaning you don't need as much to cover the toast or egoos.

I eat eggos or a slimbun (toasted) every morning with peanut butter and jelly for breakfast. I usually only use about 2 tsps on each half (around 126 calories in peanut butter). The total calorie count is around 350 for the egoos, and 280 for the slim bun and peanut butter and jelly.
