As I am preparing meals, I am moving and cleaning behind myself. I want to sit down and enjoy the meal and having the kitchen clean as I eat - helps lower the stress and anxiety I feel. After I grab my water and sit down - dinner is a joy!

One way to keep a house clean - and keep yourself calm - is to clean as you go. If you see something on the floor, pick it up as you walk by - if you see something out of place, put it back as soon as you see it. This is much easier and less demanding than trying to do everything at once!
