I often try to make excuses not to exercise. I find that just saying the phrase, "Just do it!" jars me from going the stop route and motivates me to "Just do it!" Even when I'm wanting to quit early, I say "Just do it!" and on I go to the finish (sometimes and then some). It works everytime.
Turn a favorite daily affirmation or a motivating quote into a password
- Start with an easy to remember meaningful phrase - Use the first letter of each word for your password - For longer quotes, use the first few words - When you sign in, think of the actual phrase - Use different phrases for additional passwords - Make sure passwords meets requirements of the web site or application - You may be required to use a capital letter, a number, or a special character (# $ % etc.) - Example: "Remember to focus on me" becomes RTFOM78!
