On days when I want to break from my healthful, weight-loss manner of eating and feel shaky enough that I will tumble, I quickly jot down the first couple of things that go into my mouth in the morning--usually part of my plan regardless of the cake or grease I'm thinking of for later. Just having the good foods on paper, ready to be copied into Spark later on, often helps me stay on track all day.
