I love Leslie Sansone's 'Walk at Home' dvds. You can use ANY of her dvds ANYTIME! You can do a 5 mile power walk in just over an hour or you can do just one mile in 15 minutes. No matter how much time you have or what the weather is outside, you can fit in a walk. AND, she has a dvd that uses hand weights, one that uses a stretchy band for added resistance, and one that focuses on abs. It's awesome!!

well i went out yesterday to get leslie sansone walk at home dvd walk sim fast & firm 4 really big miles 1,2,3,& 4 and and walk away the pounds ultimate collection 4 complete workouts and walk at home 5 mile fat burning walk for when i cant walk outside or it rains that way im not in it
hopefully this will be ok because i start walking around 5 - 5:30 am and then i also walk around 9 - 9:30 at night and im out till about 11 so this will be safer for me so if you dont want to go out in the heat or bad weather this is a good way to get some exercise and enjoy yourself
