I absolutely love macaroni and cheese, but there's two big problems. 1)I cook just for myself, so making a whole box makes no sense for me. 2)it's usually a huge fat and calorie bomb.

One day, I was experimenting, and I found a solution. Cook 1/2 cup of whole wheat macaroni. Drain the pasta, and return it to the pot. Take one slice of Kraft 2% milk sharp cheddar cheese, put it on the pasta, and stir til melted. It makes delicious mac and cheese with 260 calories and 4.5 grams of fat!

More Information:

To round out the meal, you could add some chicken breast, lean ham, or turkey sausage plus a big side of veggies. This totally satisfies my craving and also allows me to make only what I need, intead of a whole box!
