Getting Up In The Morning To Workout



I'm not sure where I read this, possibly Women's Health or Sparkpeople, but I thought I'd share because it really helped me get out of bed this morning.
Once you're in bed for the night, about to fall asleep, visualize getting up in the morning, putting on your workout clothes and your normal routine, driving to the gym, putting on your running shoes, and working out.
I did this last night and hopped right out of bed this morning!
