I have made small lifestyle changes that may not be a big deal by itself, but in the long run it adds up! For example, I cut my carb portions in half but still get to enjoy them. I do 7 flights of stairs at work twice a day. I switch to green tea after 2 cups of coffee. I drink lifewater instead of soda for lunch. These may not be huge changes but all together it has helped me lose weight because I am not going from one diet to the next. Baby steps!

Celebrate ALL victories no matter how small they are! Even the smallest victories are steps in the right direction. A step in the right direction still leads you further down the path in this journey! By focusing on those small steps you build self confidence and motivation!
If you focus on what you are doing right instead of what you are doing wrong you motivate and inspire others. If at the end of the day you have binged but wrote it down , THAT is a victory! Ask yourself, "would I have done that a year ago?" One step at a time! Celebrate! 306
I make a list of every single positive step I took to meet my goals every day. Even if it as small as "measured the peanut butter for my sandwich" or as big as " hit all my targets today" I document every positive step. It's easy to miss the small stuff and forget that "yes, I did do something positive today!"224
