I have made small lifestyle changes that may not be a big deal by itself, but in the long run it adds up! For example, I cut my carb portions in half but still get to enjoy them. I do 7 flights of stairs at work twice a day. I switch to green tea after 2 cups of coffee. I drink lifewater instead of soda for lunch. These may not be huge changes but all together it has helped me lose weight because I am not going from one diet to the next. Baby steps!
