I am a creature of habit, and so I end up eating the same things over and over. My healthy diet is no different, thats just they way I am. SO to battle that I have found that my "cheat" days are to key to keeping my body guessing and keeping me from getting bored!

If you get bored or your body gets used to the workouts you do, mix things up a bit. Keep your body guessing. There is great equipment out there, swiss ball, hand weights, and resistance bands. Switch off once in awhile. Keep on going and you will see results, I did and I still am! 306
Sometimes when I ht plateau its because I'm not eating enough or eating the same things and exercising the same. My body adjusts quickly....so I have to change it up. DIfferent calories (sometimes a higher calorie day followed by a lower calorie day) or different exercises. Gotta keep my body guessing!!!!
