If you want to have success then TRACK, food, exercise, spark points, measurements, just really use the tools here. The more you do this the more you accountable you are to yourself. I also like it because I can go back to the beginning and see where I have made changes and if I need to tweak it more. TRACK IT!!!!!

  • You've go to track BEFORE you eat. Plan what you eat, you'll be amazed at how educated you begun. Last week I had pizza....if I had tracked before I ate it I wouldn't have eaten it. It's just too many calories and not worth it. emoticon emoticon - by CATWOOMAN
