Being a "beginner" it is hard sometimes to make the move to daily exercise. But I found if EVERYONE in the house is involved, we keep each other motivated! I know my younger girls do not need to exercise to lose weight like I do, but they are turning into such motivation for me! "Mom, we need to eat healthy! Mom, have you exercised yet? Is it my turn now?!" My 6 year old has turned into one of the biggest motivators. And my whole family is learning a more healthy routine!

After FINALLY setting the excuses aside for not getting out to walk, I have found that I actually ENJOY my evening walks. I have three boys and I have mapped out a route to walk for EACH of them. One night, one route, one boy! They enjoy the one-on-one time, too! 220
