I journal my eating in Spark daily to stay within my daily ranges! I also have started cutting off my eating 2-3 hours before bedtime. After my last meal, I wait about 20 mins and take my dog for a 20 min walk, or get on my treadmill for 20 mins. I have consistent weight loss weekly with this method. If hunger creeps up after my last meal, I have a hot cup of decaf herbal tea to curb it a bit! I normally try go to bed with the feeling of "hummm, I could eat a little something."
Works every time to take the pounds off weekly! Learned this little trick from Bob Greene! It really works when you incorporate it with eating healthy within the ranges that Spark sets for you!
