I have found that eating a well balanced breakfast makes a huge difference in my eating habits all day long. I usually have scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, a piece of fruit, a slice of whole wheat toast, and cup of yogurt. I drink 8 oz of water before a morsel touches my mouth. I have also found if I will sit down with the breakfast and eat rather than inhale it, that I can usually make it to lunch without starving to death, thus keeping me from over indulging at lunch time.

Belvita breakfast biscuits are really tasty and they're very balanced nutritionally. I fnd that if I eat a package of them and a glass of milk, I'm full until lunch. It's a great grab and go breakfast for when you're running late and otherwise wouldn't be able to eat. TIP: there are 3 flavors, but the blueberry ones are the best--they taste like a crunchy blueberry muffin!4
Don't skimp on sleep by trying to add more events to the days. It's a stressor & gets everying out of balance. and Don't repeatedly hit the snooze button, either go to sleep earlier or take a nap. Don't let the snooze button become a habit that needs broken.
