I have found that eating a well balanced breakfast makes a huge difference in my eating habits all day long. I usually have scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, a piece of fruit, a slice of whole wheat toast, and cup of yogurt. I drink 8 oz of water before a morsel touches my mouth. I have also found if I will sit down with the breakfast and eat rather than inhale it, that I can usually make it to lunch without starving to death, thus keeping me from over indulging at lunch time.

    I agree with the statement that eating a balanced breakfast suffices the appeteite better and longer. I have also discovered that eating breakfast makes a BIG difference in my eating habits all day long. For snack between meals I usually grab a piece of fruit and a glass of water...usually 16 oz at a time.
