I used Collostrum, purchased at the healthfood store, to consistantly lose weight. Why I stopped, ??? but getting back on that regimine. Saw a nutritionist who recommended this along with a few other things to fight stress and fatigue.
Had a holistic analysis done, and it was recommended that I take Collostrum to shed the unwanted pounds. It worked quite well, but got derailed with my diet and never got back to taking it regularly. I am going back to it! It did work for me.

Weight Loss Secret of Success - Work Smart, Not Hard
A secret to success for me has been maintaining a daily caloric intake LESS than what SP suggests. I don't do it on purpose but have found most often that I am not hungry enough to consume the 1400-1700 calories each day. This allows me to be a little more lazy with regard to exercise.
Of course, not everyone could or should do this but it's helped me to loose the weight fairly consistently.
