    AMEN AMEN AMEN!!!!!!!!!!! JUST START AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW FAR YOU GO!! Getting started is the hardest part for me, but once I get started, I love it and spend way more than just 10 minutes!! IT FEELS SO GOOD!!!!!!!!

    So very true! It is always so much better when you can push through the 1,001 excuses and accomplish something whether it be getting exercise, eating right or doing a long overdue chore!
