I have white, textured vinyl flooring in my kitchen and hallway. I live in a vintage building so the grime has been building up for a while. I've tried everything to get it clean but still the grime was in the textured indents. Then I discovered that foaming bathroom cleaner works to lift up the gunk. it. My white floor is white again! (and I sound like a 50's house wife in a commercial!)

well, heck, call me a 50's househusband then (grin). I have a very similar situation (house built in 1909) and the textured vinyl flooring in the kitchen looks dreadful , helped out by two dogs and a teenager. I am going to try this.

Got a kick out of your 50's commercial! I'm going to try this.

A great vinyl floor cleaner
I have 2 dogs and the vinyl floor in front of their food dishes would not come clean. The dirt was ground in. I sprayed Scrubbing Bubbles Tub Cleaner on the floor and let it set up for about 10 minutes. The dirt lifted right out of the tiny dimples in the vinyl! Good as new!
MORE INFORMATION:
Be sure to move any pet food or water dishes off the floor before spraying the Scrubbing Bubbles. Rinse well.
Try Listerine mouthwash if you’re out of floor cleaner. Add a capful to a gallon of water and mop vinyl or tile—but not wood—floors with the mixture. The same product that kills bad-breath germs also zaps the gunk beneath your feet.
