No matter how you slice it or dice it...pound for pound, the BEST food around -- is all natural, no-nonsense, "Garden of Eden" whole foods. Produce, not processed. I say, "Food is from heaven, diets are from hell." Add at least ONE nature-made food to each meal, then more as you go.
