I tend to snack late. I think it is because I am not eating enough during the day. emoticon

  • If you can, and it's late at night, brush your teeth and go to bed. If you are not able to, make yourself a cup of chamomile tea (I drink "sleepy time" and it naturally relaxes you. Your body will feel like you're doing something. If that doesn't work, you need to have a healthy snack. One of my snacks is 5 almonds, which are 35 calories - eat them slowly.   • A late night snack is good. Have a carb and a protein together to regulate you blood sugar overnight. A6 slices of Oascar Mayer Mesquite Shaved Turkey 45 Calories, and 1 bread stick is a good snack, or 10 Almonds. Don't go hungry and over eat, good snacks are good for you. - by SUNSHINE6442
