I love to bake but most baked goods are crammed with sugar. I have been using Blue Agave and 1/3 less other liquids, such as milk, to make my baked goods better for my family without losing the sweetness.

Blue Agave is a natural low glycemic sweetener that is slowly absorbed into the body preventing blood sugar spikes.
As I'm sure a lot of people already know...you can use unsweetened apple sauce as an oil and sugar substitution in a lot of recipes. I've also started using Agave Nectar as a sugar substitute. You just have to adjust time and temp when using Agave.
