My secret is, to whom ever likes coffee black, and grapefruit with no sugar on it, that if you eat grapefruit in the morning for breakfast, and drink coffee black that the acid in grapefruit when combined with coffee it combusts and burns fat easier...
To Bad I can't eat grapefruit, because of my blood pressure medicine doesn't allow me to. I hate that fact that I can't because I love grapefruit..

I buy nut mixtures from the bulk foods section and find the salted mixtures too salty, the unsalted too bland. So, I mix 3 parts unsalted with 1 part salted. Or 1 part unsalted with 1 part cranberry/raisin/nut mixture.
A nice treat and a boost to my protein levels, without excessive sodium.
